This ideal glass is a unique partner to reveal the allure of our drink and deliver sublime sparkling experiences.

Designer Philippe Jamesse and Kimoto Glass have answered our call to help us develop a new sparkling toast sensation from Japan that makes the world say: “Kampai!”.

IMMERSION’s unique, evenly rounded shape is designed with a size and height that allow bubbles to deliver their rich aromas effortlessly. The bubbles created from the swirl at the stem connection pop and spread their aroma throughout the bowl, and the slightly tapered rim keeps the aroma inside.

Philippe was chef sommelier at Domaine Les Crayères, one of the most prestigious Michelin starred restaurants in Champagne, for several years. There he has earned the reputation of being “the sommelier with the most sophisticated Champagne service”.
When he discovered Japanese sake in 2017 he was immediately fascinated by its depth and great potential. In 2019, he became the head judge of the Sake Sparkling category at the
Kura Master Sake Competition.
