Opened a booth at New Year Chef Conference sponsored by magazine "Cuisine Kingdom".

The Awasake Association had a booth on display at the 10th New Year Chef Conference of 2018 which was sponsored by the magazine Cuisine Kingdom. At the Tokyo venue on January 10th and Osaka venue on the 15th, various chefs representing Japan were introduced to Awasake which became an opportunity to receive their sentiments on serving it in restaurants etc.
